Programme manager

I have overall responsibility for your CP+R Programme and for each person within the exciting and pioneering CP+R Team. I will:

  • meet with you personally at the start to discuss in detail what you can expect along the way and answer any questions you may have.
  • be actively involved throughout your programme with you and each of the CP+R Team involved in your programme.
  • be on hand to help you with any queries you or the CP+R team may have.
  • meet with you personally at the end for a comprehensive evaluation of your programme results and to discuss in detail the next step of your continued journey to better health.

Jennifer Cradock

Programme administrator

I am responsible for the seamless journey of your personal CP+R programme which includes things such as:

  • being your initial contact with CP+R.
  • scheduling your initial meeting with our Programme Manager Ivor.
  • coordinating all your subsequent appointments once you are accepted on your programme.
  • being always on hand to help you with any enquiries you may have.

My approach to leadership development is uniquely person-centred. As a coach I places a focus on personal and professional needs through:

  • encouraging the search for authenticity as a pathway to effective leadership, consistent with Peter Druckers' vision for the development of leaders for the coming century.
  • promoting the exploration of communication style, emotional and thinking patterns and the Gallup Organisation Strengths-based approach (Strengthsfinder) to personal growth and development in order to underscore the need for sustained behaviour change.

I am responsible for ensuring your safety and education during your CP+R Programme through:

  • performing a detailed medical screening and risk stratification at the start of your program.
  • directly using the information obtained from this screening to shape your specific exercise prescription.
  • performing a separate medical screening prior to every single session.
  • providing you with education specific to you such as explanations on your current condition, medications, and the lifestyle improvements required.
  • being always on hand to help you with any queries you may have.

Chris Juster

Lead Physiologist

I am responsible for developing your specific exercise prescription. Through biomechanical assessment I will be able to:

  • understand how your body is currently working.
  • rehabilitate present injuries and reduce any associated pain.
  • reduce the chances of future injuries.
  • optimise functional pain free movement.
I will then take you through each step of your exercise programme teaching you everything you need to know about every aspect of a training programme.

Steve Furnell

Senior Resuscitation Officer

It is my responsibility to provide you with:

  • a relaxed and informal training course covering basic first aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillation for you, your family, and friends.
  • the chance to ask questions before, during and after the training course with a 365 days a year support system.
  • advice on who and when to call for help when emergencies happen.
  • advice on emergency equipment to have in the home.
  • the knowledge and confidence to help save someone's life in an emergency.
